Decision pressure-testing
Share a major decision — a pricing change, a market entry, a restructure — and get a structured critique of the assumptions before you commit.
Advisory retainer
Pandahstone's advisory retainer gives you 20 hours per month of senior consulting time — no project overhead, no junior hand-off.
The advisory retainer suits leaders who don't need a full project engagement but do need a consistent, senior sounding board. Typical use cases include: preparing for a board meeting or investor presentation and wanting an external challenge of the narrative; evaluating a potential acquisition or partnership and needing rapid-turn analysis; managing an internal change where a neutral facilitator would unlock a stuck conversation; or simply having a quarterly strategy check-in with someone who isn't in your reporting line. The retainer runs on a calendar-month basis with a minimum commitment of three months. All sessions are conducted by a senior Pandahstone consultant — the same person every month, so context doesn't have to be rebuilt each time.
The hours are flexible — use them across the month in whatever configuration suits your pace.
Share a major decision — a pricing change, a market entry, a restructure — and get a structured critique of the assumptions before you commit.
A full review of your narrative and data package, with specific feedback on the questions a sceptical board member or investor is likely to ask.
Time-sensitive questions — a competitor move, a regulatory change, a surprise in the numbers — addressed within 48 hours with a written briefing note.
Up to two facilitated sessions per month where a neutral Pandahstone consultant chairs a conversation that's difficult to run internally.
“I use the advisory retainer before every board meeting. Having someone outside the company tell me bluntly what doesn't add up in my numbers has saved me from presenting weak arguments twice in the past year.”

The advisory retainer is a thinking and analysis service — it doesn't include production of presentation decks, legal or financial due diligence, or hands-on project management. If a retainer session surfaces the need for a full engagement (for example, an operations review or a transformation programme), we'll scope that separately. The retainer is billed monthly in advance and unused hours don't roll over, so it works best for leaders who have a consistent stream of decisions and challenges to work through, rather than organisations facing a single large one-off project.
