Stakeholder alignment mapping
We identify supporters, sceptics, and blockers before the programme launches — and design a tailored engagement plan for each group, so resistance is addressed rather than ignored.
Transformation consulting
Pandahstone designs transformation engagements that leave your teams stronger — not reliant on consultants being in the room.
Large-scale change usually starts with visible executive sponsorship and a wave of early enthusiasm. By month four, the sponsorship becomes intermittent, middle managers revert to comfortable habits, and the consultants who designed the programme have moved on. Pandahstone builds in three structural safeguards against this pattern. First, capability transfer: every deliverable is co-built with an internal counterpart, so knowledge stays in the organisation. Second, milestone-based governance: the programme has formal check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days with clear go/no-go criteria. Third, realistic scoping: we push back on transformation plans that try to change too much at once. A narrower, well-executed programme produces better outcomes than a comprehensive plan that collapses under its own weight.
Each component maps to a specific risk that causes change programmes to fail.
We identify supporters, sceptics, and blockers before the programme launches — and design a tailored engagement plan for each group, so resistance is addressed rather than ignored.
A practical, organisation-specific guide to running the change: communication templates, escalation protocols, and a manager's toolkit — all developed with your internal team, not handed over on day 90.
Structured progress reviews at each milestone with pre-agreed success criteria. If the data shows the programme is off-track, we surface it early — not at the final review.
Six months after the engagement closes, we conduct a half-day review to assess what has held and where reinforcement is needed — at no additional charge.
“We had tried to restructure our customer service division twice before Pandahstone. The difference this time was that the team felt like they built the new model themselves — because they largely did. Twelve months on, the changes have held.”

Pandahstone can design and support a transformation programme, but we can't guarantee the outcome if key executive sponsors change roles mid-programme, if a significant external shock disrupts the business, or if internal politics override the agreed governance structure. We're frank about these dependencies at the outset. We also don't operate as programme management office staff on a day-to-day basis — our consultants lead and coach, but your managers run the programme. If you need embedded day-to-day project management, we can recommend specialists for that function.
Send us a summary of the change you're trying to make and we'll respond with an honest assessment of the approach.
